Terms of Use
Last updated on April 13, 2026.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Craftfully Labs ("Craftfully Labs," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of Nomus Computer, also referred to as Nomus (the "Service"), including our macOS app, website, future web and mobile web experiences, integrations, automations, file tools, browser automation features, and related services.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information up to date, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. The Service
Nomus is an AI coworker and automation product that helps users work with information, automate tasks, connect tools and services, interact with files such as spreadsheets, documents, PDFs, and slides, and perform actions across connected applications and browser-based workflows.
We may add, change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental and may be less reliable or subject to change.
4. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the prompts, instructions, files, documents, messages, automation requests, outputs you provide to us, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant in these Terms.
You grant Craftfully Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and otherwise process User Content solely as necessary to:
- provide and operate the Service;
- perform your requested actions and automations;
- generate outputs;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- improve reliability and functionality;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to provide User Content to the Service and authorize us to process it.
5. Connected Accounts, Integrations, and Automation Authority
If you connect third-party services or enable browser or workflow automation, you authorize us to act on your instructions within the scope of the permissions you grant.
This may include retrieving information, drafting content, creating or editing files, organizing data, interacting with websites, or taking other actions available through connected tools or browser sessions.
You are solely responsible for:
- connecting only accounts, workspaces, and services you are authorized to use;
- reviewing permissions, scopes, and automation settings;
- ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and third-party terms; and
- reviewing outputs and actions before relying on them in sensitive, legal, financial, compliance, or other high-impact contexts.
We are not responsible for actions, limitations, outages, access restrictions, API changes, suspensions, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms or services.
6. AI Outputs and Your Responsibility
The Service may generate text, files, summaries, edits, recommendations, automations, or other outputs using AI systems.
You understand and agree that:
- outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs;
- AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only;
- the Service is not legal, medical, tax, accounting, employment, investment, or other professional advice; and
- you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining whether outputs are appropriate for your use case.
You must not rely on the Service for decisions or workflows where failure, error, or inaccuracy could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, property damage, legal harm, regulatory harm, or other significant consequences without appropriate human review and oversight.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- access, automate, or interact with accounts, systems, websites, or data without authorization;
- infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- send spam, phishing messages, deceptive communications, or unauthorized marketing;
- develop, distribute, or facilitate malware, spyware, credential theft, or other harmful code;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service or any third-party service;
- harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defraud, or harm others; or
- use the Service in any way that creates security, privacy, legal, or reputational risk for Craftfully Labs, our users, or others.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may interoperate with third-party products and services, including Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Apple services, model providers, and websites accessed through browser automation.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Craftfully Labs does not control, and is not responsible for, third-party services or their availability, functionality, security, or data practices.
9. Fees and Billing
[Include this section only if you charge users.]
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid plan, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- fees are non-refundable except as required by law;
- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; and
- you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription through the billing settings in the Service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, interfaces, workflows, branding, and related materials, is owned by Craftfully Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
11. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or proposed improvements relating to the Service, you grant Craftfully Labs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and exploit that feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use of the Service creates risk for Craftfully Labs, users, or third parties;
- required third-party services become unavailable to us;
- we are required to do so by law; or
- you fail to pay applicable fees when due.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request deletion of your account or data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, and any accrued payment obligations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craftfully Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Service;
- your User Content;
- your connected accounts, automations, or integrations;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
