4. AI and Model Processing
Nomus uses AI models and related infrastructure provided by Craftfully Labs and third-party providers, including providers such as Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic, to process prompts, files, instructions, context, and other content necessary to provide the Service.
Depending on the feature you use, we may send prompts, file contents, excerpts, metadata, instructions, or related context to these providers in order to generate outputs or perform requested tasks.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a given use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them in business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact contexts.
Craftfully Labs does not use your content to train our own models unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.
Third-party model and infrastructure providers may process data according to their own terms and policies and our contractual arrangements with them.
5. Integrations and Automation
Nomus can connect to third-party services and can perform actions across those services at your direction. If you enable an integration or run an automation, you instruct us to access, retrieve, display, organize, modify, or transmit information available through those tools or services on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
- connecting only accounts, workspaces, and data sources you are authorized to use;
- selecting appropriate permissions and scopes;
- reviewing automation behavior before using it in sensitive contexts; and
- complying with the terms, policies, and laws that apply to your use of connected tools, websites, and services.
6. Browser Automation
If you use Nomus browser automation features, including browser workflows powered by tools such as Playwright or similar technologies, we may process website content, user instructions, automation steps, and resulting outputs in order to complete the workflow you request.
Browser automation may interact with third-party websites and services you direct us to access. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties.

We do not sell personal information.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the features used, and legal or operational requirements. For example, we may retain account information while your account is active, keep logs for security and troubleshooting, and retain backups for a limited period.
If you request deletion of your account or content, we will take steps to delete or de-identify relevant information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.
